Visitors

Welcome to Lithia Springs Methodist Church!

We’re so glad you’re considering a visit to our church. Here’s everything you need to know to feel at home when you join us:

1. Worship Service Information

  • Service Type: Traditional
  • Service Time: Sundays at 11:00 A.M.
  • Sunday School: Before the service at 09:45 A.M.

Our services are rooted in tradition, featuring hymns, prayers, an offertory, and a sermon. There’s no formal dress code—most of our congregation dresses in business casual attire, but you’re welcome to come as you are. Seating is open, so you can choose wherever you feel most comfortable. If you’re visiting, we encourage you to fill out a pew pad so we can connect with you after your visit.

2. Location & Directions

  • Address: 3711 Temple St, Lithia Springs, GA 30122
  • Parking: Free parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Transportation: While public transportation isn’t available, private transportation can be arranged upon request. Just reach out to us in advance, and we’ll make sure you have a way to get here.

A Friendly Heads-Up About GPS Directions

We’ve noticed that while our correct address is 3711 Temple Street, some GPS systems may still direct you to the wrong location. To make sure you arrive at the right place, we recommend using the live Google Map at the bottom of this page or entering our church name directly into your GPS rather than the address.

If you have any trouble finding us, please don’t hesitate to call the church office at 770-948-5429, and we’ll guide you right to our door.

3. For Families

  • Children’s Sunday School:
    • Held before the main service, where your kids can learn and grow in a nurturing environment.
  • Children’s Church:
    • Available during the main service, so your little ones can enjoy age-appropriate activities and lessons.
  • Family Fun Nights:
    • On the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month, we host fun nights for families, creating a great opportunity for fellowship.
  • Teen Movie Nights:
    • Held monthly, these are a great way for teens to connect with one another in a relaxed setting.

Please note that we do not currently offer childcare during the service, but we’re happy to revisit this as our congregation grows.

4. Accessibility

  • Wheelchair Access: Our entire building is fully wheelchair accessible, ensuring everyone can join us without difficulty.
  • Specific Needs: If you have any specific needs or requests to make your visit more comfortable, please reach out to us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
