Worthy Is the Lamb

Revelation offers a vision of heaven bursting with praise, where multitudes of angels, living creatures, and elders worship the Lamb. Sunday’s sermon invited reflection on the reality that worship is not something humanity initiates—it is already taking place in heaven. The Lamb who was slain, Jesus Christ, is declared worthy to receive all honor, glory, and power. This image challenges earthly perceptions of power by presenting the crucified Lamb as the one with ultimate authority. Worship is not about human needs or preferences; it is about joining in the eternal praise already happening before God’s throne.
