Yesterday, Pastor Thomas Long delivered a powerful message on the importance of the Armor of God, as outlined in Ephesians 6:10-12. He reminded us that we are in a spiritual battle, not against flesh and blood, but against the forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Just as we use gloves, safety glasses, and other protective gear in our daily lives, we must also put on the full Armor of God to protect ourselves spiritually. Each piece of this armor—truth, righteousness, readiness, faith, salvation, and the word of God—is essential for standing firm against the devil’s schemes. As we begin this week, let’s reflect on how we can equip ourselves with God’s armor every day to stay strong in our faith.
