Visit newly planted GMC Grace Methodist Church with us on Sunday 2/16 at 9:00a.m. We would like to show them our support for their mission to establish a GMC in that area. We will meet in the chapel of the J. Collins Funeral Home located at 206 S. Carrol Rd in Villa Rica. After their service, we will travel back to LSMC for our normal Sunday Worship service at 11a.m.
Week 3 of our Fully Devoted Bible Study is this Tuesday, February 18th, at 10:00a.m. in the Children’s Building.
Trustees meet this week on Tuesday, February 18th, at 7:00p.m. in the Conference Room.
Ash Wednesday service is on March 5th at 7:00p.m.

Scout’s Spaghetti Dinner is scheduled for Sunday, April 6th after worship. This is a major fundraiser for Troop 62 and helps fund their trip to Scout Camp 2025. Stay tuned for updates.
Easter Egg Hunt
Saturday, April 19, 2025, at 2:00p.m.
It will be here before we know it! Please consider donating candy and small toys with which to stuff eggs for the hunt, as well as themed baskets to give away during the event. These can be dropped off in the church office or in the Children’s Wing.
Free Six-Week Nutrition Class

Family Fun Nights start up again in May and run through October on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month from 6:00pm-8:00pm. Come out and enjoy a snack supper, games, and fun! Invite a friend or neighbor!
Nursery Volunteers Needed
If you love children and have a heart to serve, we are seeking a group of volunteers that can rotate as nursery attendants on Sunday mornings. Please let the church office know if you are interested.
Donate Used Religious Literature
The Progressive Class is carrying on the legacy of Nancy Morgan, who made it her mission to send used religious literature to an organization called Love Packages in Decatur, Alabama. Used Upper Rooms, Sunday School lesson books, other Bible study books are all accepted. Please drop off your donations in the Progressive classroom to help share the Good News!

To purchase chancel area flowers for an upcoming worship service in someone’s honor or memory, please call the church office. Arrangements are $60, and can be paid for with check or cash in the offering plate, labled as “flowers.”
