Adam, the Lost Tracker

Today, the children learned about Adam, the Lost Tracker. They explored the story of Adam and Eve, understanding how sin first entered the world. Through this lesson, they discovered how Adam, the first Tracker of Truth, lost his way when he disobeyed God. The children were introduced to the concept of sin as missing the mark, and they learned about God’s grace and forgiveness.

Key points included:

  • The Story of Adam and Eve: How their choices led to the first sin and the consequences that followed.
  • The Traffic Light Analogy: Using red, yellow, and green lights, the children learned about temptation (caution), sin (stop), and how Jesus’ sacrifice gives us the green light to eternal life.
  • Memory Verses: Romans 3:23 and 6:23, teaching about sin and God’s gift of eternal life through Jesus.

The lesson emphasized that although sin separates us from God, through Jesus, we can be restored to the relationship God intended for us.
