Yesterday’s sermon on Philippians 4:4-7 reminded us of the transformative power of rejoicing in the Lord, even amidst life’s uncertainties. Paul’s encouragement to “rejoice always” is not a call to ignore challenges but an invitation to trust God in all circumstances. As the Christmas season approaches, with its mix of celebration and busyness, we are reminded that true peace comes through Christ. We reflected on how presenting our worries to God with thanksgiving allows His peace, which surpasses understanding, to guard our hearts and minds. This week, let us focus on God’s nearness and trust Him with every aspect of our lives. As we embrace the hope of Christ’s birth, may we find the strength to rejoice and the courage to let His peace rule in our hearts.
