Rev. Saunders’ sermon showed us that sometimes, taking the first step of faith is the hardest. Like Peter, we might be unsure of what will happen when we step out. But Peter’s story reminds us that Jesus is always there to catch us when we stumble. This week, think of one area in your life where you’ve been hesitant to step out in faith. Whether it’s a personal decision, a relationship, or a calling to serve others, take that first step. Keep your eyes on Jesus and trust that He will guide you.
